Spotify has added a whole lot of musical content to its Facebook timeline. In fact, the streaming music outfit has crammed in 1,000 years of music history. “We’ve decided to take our page one step further and turn it into a destination where you can discover and listen to the history of music,” says Spotify.

Surprise, surprise. Myspace is the top UK music website of 11 major sites examined by TechRadar and Experian. MySpace boasts a close to 30% of total visits to such destinations, ahead of Soundcloud on 28% (Grooveshark and Last.fm are third and fourth, respectively, writes Maria Stadtmueller.
